Chris and Delyth invite you to try thirty different cask beers every month from our ever changing list. Our traditional beers are supplied from all parts of the country and served in the pleasant surroundings of a local pub ! Please see our blackboards for the weeks selection of cask beers. If you have a favourite beer, or a beer you think others would like to try, give us the details and we will try to obtain a cask for the enjoyment of all !

We serve meals seven days a week lunch & evening. See our extensive wine list for drinking in or take home. Our menus are regularly changed to ensure an excellent choice and, in addition to our main selection, we also provide a vegetarian menu, a children's menu & a puddings menu. Various other diets may be accommodated with prior notice. Please just ask - we may be able to say yes ! We can also provide buffet and bar to cater for weddings and private parties.

Come and have Fun in the Sun at Brecon Jazz in August... Or enjoy any of our other regular entertainment features. The Brecon Folk & More Club meets the first Saturday of the month for an evening of good music from local and travelling players. We are also the home of Brecon Cathedral Choir. We have Quiz Nights every Wednesday and a Music Quiz on the first Monday of every month. We also have a good selection of traditional pub games available for your enjoyment.

The Bulls Head is situated alongside the River Honddu at Cathedral Bridge, a quiet area of Brecon Town. There is a small park opposite the pub and some woodland walks just a little way up the road. Although we are in a quiet area, we are only a few minutes stroll from the town centre, and the beautiful Brecon Cathedral, which is one of the towns most famous landmarks. The pub makes a good base for exploring town and country, and Bed & Breakfast is available at £17.00 per person.
